KLEEMANN UK Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Based at our Ashford office, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of logistics and stock control, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Required qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position (industry experience preferred but not essential).
  • Good knowledge of computer use (MS Office package)
  • Good knowledge of English (desirable)
  • Ability to travel outside the region during working hours
  • Emphasis on health and safety measures
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks under pressure.
  • Knowledge of vehicle compliance regulations (e.g., CLOCS, FORS) or willingness to learn.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership.

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in and dispatch.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels using our current internal systems (basic tools in use – training and support to be provided).
  • Manage the receipt, handling, and storage of materials, including spares for service and repairs.
  • Support the planning and coordination of works for field engineers through shared systems (e.g., Outlook calendar).
  • Ensure correct labelling, binning, and organisation of inventory to maximise space and accessibility.
  • Prepare and issue job kits and parts for scheduled installations, servicing, and repairs.
  • Liaise with the engineering and service departments to ensure timely and accurate parts availability.
  • Supervise warehouse staff (if applicable) and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Take ownership of compliance paperwork related to the company lorry, including CLOCS and FORS requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and participate in periodic audits.
  • Provide ad hoc support to projects or departments requiring warehouse coordination.
